Meet the Zeller Financial Services Team
Scott Zeller
Founder
“Be confident in your plan, your future and your advisor. Seek nothing less.” Retiring with confidence is always the primary goal for all our clients.
When faced with the excitement and chaos of day-to-day living, it’s easy to put planning for retirement on the back burner — something Scott knows all too well. His grandparents passed away with little to no financial plan, and the rest of the family inherited their same “no-plan-required” approach to retirement and income planning. Scott set out to change that, beginning with his mother, his first (and most difficult) client. With his guidance, she has been able to enjoy her retirement without worrying about running out of money.
For over 16 years, Scott has been a trusted partner to his clients, helping them achieve their unique financial goals. Before focusing on financial planning, he honed his skills in the banking and mortgage lending sectors, cultivating a strong work ethic and a dedication to providing exceptional service. Scott founded Zeller Financial Services in 2007, specializing in leveraging annuity income products to create tailored retirement solutions that empower his clients.
For Scott, the most enjoyable part of his work is making meaningful connections with people while helping them gain greater confidence in their financial future. “I’m just a local guy trying to do the same things my clients are doing,” says Scott. “We buy the same groceries; we buy the same gas. We’re all trying to do our best.”
Scott attended Indiana University Southeast. Committed to professional growth, he continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing education and serves clients in multiple states. Scott also conducts multiple educational workshops throughout the year.
When he’s not helping clients, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, clay shooting and restoring his ’74 BMW motorcycle. A car enthusiast, he also enjoys making the rounds at car shows with his classic Jeep Grand Wagoneer, which can be seen at his seminar events and around town.
